Community libraries within Door County, Wisconsin have been active since 1866.  Several libraries combined to become branches of the Door County Library in 1953.

Currently, the main library is located in Sturgeon Bay. 

The seven branch libraries include: Baileys Harbor, Egg Harbor, Ephraim, Fish Creek, Forestville, Sister Bay/Liberty Grove, and Washington Island.
